How walkable is the 4 Points Sheraton?

I have points and could stay here for free for a night - I notice it is over the bridge.
I use a scooter and hate getting it on buses, so we like to be walkable to the parks.

I usually stay across the street but have points!

This used to be Hotel Menege. It is a decent walk, and it does have that huge hill.... It is only one night, so should be ok. Probably a 15 min scooter ride.

Oh ok - yah I want to do 4 nights - have the points to cover one - maybe a better option out there for us
