How uncomfortable is the concierge pull-out couch?

My mom and I are sailing on the Disney Dream soon. We have a concierge family verandah. I'll be using the pull-out couch. How uncomfortable is it? Can I get a better night's sleep by just sleeping on the couch without pulling it out?

Is the concierge couch different from the other staterooms?

In the other rooms the back of the couch folds down and has a mattress in it which is quite comfortable.

What I see in vlogs is that the sofa beds & pullouts are all considered comfortable.

Some of the concierge stateroom couches are actual pull out couches that pull out in to a double depending on room size and ship. The dream/fantasy concierge family verandahs and one bedroom all have the double pullout.

I slept on the pullout couch in a one bedroom on the fantasy and it was not comfortable at all. You can ask concierge for a mattress topper to make it better.

Our two boys (teenagers at the time) shared the pullout sofa bed in a Cat.V family verandah stateroom on the Fantasy and found it to be okay to sleep on. If it was me sleeping on it, I’d follow NephieRN’s suggestion to get a mattress topper.
