How to use Banked Points When they load?

When my new resale points load, they will have banked points that I would like to use. I already have several stays booked this year. Can I reallocate the points by "changing" the reservations online? I would keep the reservations and hope to have the option to select the new contract to use. Is that how it works?

Call Member Services and see if they can swap some out. They have always been very helpful. Way easier than messing with the website since the latest update.

Agree, member services best option. If reservation wasn’t locked with priority home resort booking, believe modifying will work.

MS can swap them out if the original reservation wasn't within home resort booking window but if it’s the same home resort they can. Also needs to be the same UY/membership.

It can be done in the site but it’s confusing.

Just to add that you need to be more than 31 days from check in to avoid the freed up points being put in holding status.

But, as long as it’s not replacing points that were used during a home resort period it will work.
