How to transfer registration from one race to another?

How do I transfer my registration from the full to the half? I'm pretty sure this can be done... I think I've seen the phone number posted before, but I can't find it.

From what I can tell looking at the Run Disney website, you need to register for the race that you want to transfer your registration; then you fill out a form linked on the registration website to get your original race registration (not including registration fees) refunded minus a $25 processing fee. The form needs to be completed by November 1st.

So active.com fees for original race + active.com fees for transfer race + $25 processing fee > race registration fee for most non Disney events

Ok, thanks. I feel nervous just signing up/paying for another race before cancelling the other. Does anyone know a phone number I could call? Would it be Disney or Active?
