Sorry if this is a repeat but I couldn't find anything with a quick search.

I finally plan to use my previously purchased AP this coming weekend!!! (:woohoo:Happy 50th Birthday to me!!!)
I purchased it about 4 to 5 years ago. Never had an AP before. AP shows in MDE.

Any way to tell if it is active? Or inactive and I'll have to go to GS first?

It's not active. You will need to stop at either a Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Location at WDW to activate the pass.
