How to switch hotels successfully?

So we have a large family of 13 (3 families so we need 3 rooms) currently set to stay at the beach club with free dining. We were thinking of switching over to the poly but I am worried that they won't have enough rooms to accommodate all 3 families with the free dining promo. How do we successfully switch over all 3 families to the poly with free dining?

Call Disney. They will know what is available and help you juggle. FD is just mad with people booking so you may want to hurry.
