how to surprise trip on kids!

I'm looking for ideas on surprising our little Disney travelers. In the past we have done a scavengar hunt for clues.

When are you planning on filling them in? We just did this with our kids, ages 5 & 8 in May. We told them we were driving Dad to the airport for a trip and would hang out with him till his plane left. Before it was time to board we gave them little wrapped presents--in them were Disney beanies and their Disney autograph books. They were in complete disbelief!
