What’s for Dinner Tonight?

No idea what is for dinner tonight!!! Last night I made a homemade chicken pot pie from a Costco rotisserie chicken. From that same bird I made chicken salad and a chicken soup!!! It went a long way.

DH picked up 2 shrimp rolls & a Pu Pu Platter on his way home from a job site.

I went to the walk in. I have strep throat and an ear infection. DH reheated leftovers for dinner. My mom dropped my off some chicken noodle soup and I had that.

Went to a Taiwanese fried chicken restaurant… got some crispy chicken with seaweed salad, egg, vegetables, miso soup and fries.

Mongolian ground beef noodles tonight.

We're going out to lunch, so dinner tonight is an omelet (probably Western) and blueberry muffins

We went to Rumba (Island inspired kitchen and rum bar) in Metaire LA, just outside of NOLA. Food was great: Island inspired but with the threads of NOLA seasoning. I had the redfish, DH had a steak, my sister had crawfish and crab bucatini, and BIL had shrimp and grits. I am a spice sissy, and nothing was too "hot" but it was all incredibly flavorful. Dinner for 4, with 6 adult beverages, was about $200. I don't think that's stupidly expensive for New Orleans. Tonight... not sure yet!

Grilled or airfryer salmon, wild rice & roasted Brussels sprouts.

so far the plan is pasta with a tomato and veggie sauce, might add in some sweet sausage links
