How to replace a 2013 item?

I was in Disneyland December 8-14 3013 and I purchased a plastic double wall straw cup with the 2013 logo. Last week I was using this cup and added ice to it and the cup cracked inside and not a small crack. I am wondering what my chances are for getting a replacement cup from Disney? Thanks

Pretty sure there is no warranty on items like this?

You best chance would be to call the merchandise number (would be on the receipt for the cup) and tell them your problem. You may get a sympathetic CM, who will try to work with you. I'd say sooner is better than later, since the closer it is to 2013 the better the 2013 merchandise hasn't disappeared.
 
Try googling for the phone numbers for the Disney/Disneystore outlets. You might be able to find your item at one of the outlets and have it shipped to you (if the store in question isn't near you). And you might want to check eBay, just to see if someone is selling it for a reasonable price.

Did you by any chance save your receipt? We always keep ours as a reference for what we spent our money on;), which has worked out well, because we have returned several things with no problem, even months down the road!

If you did not save it, then I too,:thumbsup2 would call and explain the situation---it never hurts to ask!
 
I concur that you're best bet is to call the merchandising number and see what happens. I've also had good luck getting items replaced that were defective, even after a few months. However, as PPs have said, you're running up against the problem of Disney no longer having the merchandise. Much of the 2013 merchandise was cleared out of the parks at the end of 2013. I would guess almost all of it has already been sent off to the clearance/outlet stores and that might mean they just don't have anything to send you. I'd call as soon as you can and hope for the best. Good luck.
