How to rent out your points?

Is there a stickly,or link, or info page that explains the ins and outs of renting points? We may want to do this in the future (not now, but in the future) and I have no idea how to go about doing this and was hoping someone put together some info to help explain it.

Go to the rent/trade boards and read all the stickys at the very top. Goes through the process of listing but as far as price and terms of the rental that would be up to you......
