What's the secret to get past the automated greeting on 407-WDW-DINE and get directly to an agent?

After not being able to book BOG on-line at 6am, I called at 7am. I messed around answering the automated greeting's questions but it would not accept my hotel confirmation number. So I wasted 2 minutes before getting dumped into the waiting queue for an agent at 6:02am... now enjoying my wait on hold.

Is it normal to be on hold with Disney Dining for 30+ minutes? I called at 7am and have been listening to music for 34 minutes.

Just do it online .. you'll make your life a lot easier

Per advice I found here - just say agent as soon and the automated message picks up. It worked for me yesterday...I called in right at 7:00 am and got an agent immediately.
