For things like Haunted Mansion, you could prepare her by doing the virtual tour on http://www.grimghosts.com/wdw/page2.html
That way she'll know what to expect. I don't know if a similiar page exists for Tower of Terror, Dinosaur or Snow Whites adventures. But those are the only 4 visually scary rides there are. Although, some kids may be scared by the spiders in Tough to be a bug or the snake in HISTA. I have also heard of some kids being scared by the Heffalumps and Woozles in Winnie the Pooh.
I really think the best way to prepare for these is to find as many pictures online as you can so she knows what she'll see.
For the physically scary rides, ones that are fast, go upside down or have steep drops; a good idea might be to look for a book, web page or documentary on roller coasters and how they are made, or use a computer program like the ones that let you build a roller coaster. (I think there is one by the people who do SIMS). The more she knows about how coasters and thrill rides work; the less likely she'll be scared (and she'll think she's a smart cookie for knowing impressive facts her friends don't know about coasters
)
You may be able to find videos on line of the drops in action.
And of course, always let her know you are there too. If you are brave, she'll catch on. And make sure she knows shes at Disneyworld and she's safe. Most rides have exits right before boarding. So if she is really scared, after the line, you can still escape.
