How to pick LLMP times?

DD will only be at Disney with me for 2 days so I want to maximize her park-time. She'll get LLSP for Guardians on our Epcot day (Sunday) and we'll do Remy for early entry (or should that be TT?). We were in Disney in May and did everything we love, so we'll spend much of our time soaking in the atmosphere and enjoying F&W!

For our Studios day, we'll do LLMP for both of us, with SlinkyDog as our T1 choice. How do I choose times for LLMP? Should I pick SD first and then plan around that for the other choices? Also, where should we head for EE? We aren't doing the StarWars rides at all, so not worried about them, and I don't do RnRC so she'll do single rider there. We definitely want to do MMRR, TSM, and the Villains, LM, and BatB shows. Also, DD will do ToT but I won't; do they offer single rider? I'm not sure how many other rides I'll try to book after the first 3, as neither of us really wants to be on our phones while in the park. I really don't understand how LLMP works and am worried that I'll pick things to get locked into and waste my money, or not get the rides we want.

Also... Should I book LLMP for our Studios day before doing the LLSP for GoG, even though we will be going to Ep on day 1 and HS on day 2?

Which ride to do first would depend on where you’re staying.

Have you considered doing single rider for TT? We found it saved a lot of time when my DD and I were there this summer.

For DHS I’d suggest she do RnRC first as it’s not known for a fast SR line. It’s commonly as long, if not longer, than the standby line.

There are many options and these are only my thoughts. I’m sure others will feel totally differently.

For Epcot, I'd second single rider for TT. Wait time comparable to LLMP.

For HStudios LLMP, pick Slinky Dog the earliest you can get, or the preferred time of the day. The others are more about what you want to ride and whether you mind walking back an forth. (FYI, you and your DD can book different LLMP attractions, either by a) leaving them unselected during purchase then select, or b) select whatever during purchase and then modify).
To me, you don't really LLMP to watch shows. Then, TSM and ToT. ToT might be relatively easier to find during the day of visit. (it really depends on how busy the day is.) So, if you really want a show, then you can take the chance. At least book one attraction early enough, so that after using it, you can book another one if available that day.

If you are staying at a Disney resorts, then your purchase window opens 7 days ahead for your entire stay. If you are on multi-day ticket, that would be 3 days ahead but still for the entire duration. That means you will likely be buying them in the same hour.
I highly recommend purchasing LLMP for HStudios as early as you can. LLSP for GoG at Epcot sells out a lot slower, and if you are ok with afternoon rides, you have time to think about it.

So... I should book the LLMP at the Studios first (SlinkyDog, TSM, ToT), then do the LLSP for Guardians. We'd also like MMRR at the Studios; can we book that as soon as we tap into ANY ride, or do we have to ride SD (as a tier 1) before we can book MMRR (another tier 1).

Complicating my stress/anxiety about this is having to do it via the app. I have never owned a smart phone until now so I'm a little apprehensive. The phone arrived last night so I still need to figure out how to activate it , then figure out how to get the Disney app, and USE the darned thing by Saturday, as our check in day is 11/8!
