just a lesson learned:
if doing a "will call", bring a copy of your credit card statement showing the charges for any & all APs.
a story

: i ordered 2 DVC APs "will call" before the price increase last year. one was placed on the DVC website (printed will-call w/barcode). the 2nd was placed via phone (website was down). i was told that both tickets were attached to the "will call" number, & noted that my 2 seperate CCs were charged for each.
2+ months later, go to IG on our saturday night of arrival, only one AP is in system. (no match came up on my CC either). they gave us comps for the night, so we could get it fixed when MS & ticketing reopened in the AM.
call MS the next day, got one of the "unhappy" CMs, who simply said they "can't help". i call WDW ticketing, who tries to track the AP but cannot find it. i had no choice but to purchase
another AP that day at MGM (they did honor the price i paid initially). called ticketing again on monday, they still can't figure out where my missing,
paid for AP is.
honestly, mostly everyone (excluding the one MS CM) was helpful, so i didn't get angry. but it certainly was
extremelly frustrating wasting over 12+ hours of our vacation trying to fix this (& thank goodness i had a CC to put an additional few hundred on for another pass).
took about 2 months of perserverence & many,
many phone calls after getting home (including my faxing CC statements, etc), before it was figured out.
someone in ticketing, for god knows what reason, had cancelled my second AP, & the "someone" didn't even refund my CC.....

.
the price for the missing AP was finally credited, but the moral of the story: bring your CC statements!!!
