How to make a mirror image from a floor plan

Am trying to take a floor plan and flip it. The builder gave me the plans but they are all opposite. Have tried the irfanview program, but I can't figure this out. thanks

i would give it back to the builder and have him flip it for you.

Take the plans to a shop that makes copies of blueprints. They can flip it or even resize it for you. It's how I get my stained glass patterns enlarged.

Thanks for your responses. I was trying to do this tonight to give the plans to the guy doing my website tomorrow, but this part will have to wait. Thought maybe there was an online program I could use to do this. Thanks!
