How to make $3600 on your disney vacation! WE DID!! NEW 9/3*The Epilogue, DONE* p. 54

I somehow had missed the previous installment, where you talked about your horse-love. I loved it! And this one, too. They are beautiful creatures. And Piper thinks its a hoot that they can't see their own noses. As if we can?

Have a great time on your trip -- catch you later!

Please tell me you were not there without a coat for your kid on February 13th.

I was there that evening! it was HORRENDOUSLY cold! Actually I was @ DTD and we all had on our winter down jackets, gloves, scarfs and hats and we were STILL frozen! And I can handle cold being a northerner myself but this was a bit much. Shame on people who just don't care. BRRRRR as I read this thinking back to that night..

My heart goes out to you!

Of all of the HORRORS to have suffered through on your trip to WDW... seeing the inside of Space Mountain with the lights on would indeed rate #1. To me. At least.

That ride is the one in the whole world that fills me with terror. And excitement. But TERROR more than anything. I wouldn't want to remember it as anything other than the scariest ride I was ever on as a kid. In the dark. Guess what? I have managed to avoid riding it on our three last trips while the others rode again and again. And I don't think they've even NOTICED. Heh, heh. Shhhhhhh. Don't tell them I am a big fraidy cat.

I think your TR rocks!!! As do you and your wonderful family. This is for you ~ :clown:

Again, I meant to set myself on fire for you but my pop-up window is not working. Sooooooooooooo... I'll try this ~ :furious:

Except I'm not mad. But it was the closest thing to fire I could come up with.

Sorry.

Have a wonderful trip. Cheers, Mel.

And my hipsters don't say M'assaslama.

Hee! I'm just getting around to reading your report, and the M'assalama shoutout made me giddy!

Back to reading the report!

Are you kidding me? Its been almost a month and a half,15 posts and were only on day 4. I dont mean to be negative but this is crazy. I havent checked this thread for a couple weeks thinking the end would have to be here by now. I will check back a christmas and maybe there will finally be an answer.

Are YOU kidding me? Do you honestly believe that trip report writers should live up to your time lines and adhere to your expectations?

She's doing us a favor by letting us share in her experiences. If you don't like her pace, don't bother reading her report....or checking in at Christmastime.

Take all the time you need Horsegirl. Most of us are happy to wait (and realize that you have a really busy life outside of the Dis).

I think your TR is great! Take your time! We love all the details and posts! And if you're not done until Christmas..so what!..then at least we get to enjoy hearing about your trip until then! :cool1:

I agree with you JandRmom! People have daily lives out side of these boards - we don't know what's going on with horsegirl. Not to mention that it takes years sometimes for even the most world-reknown writers to finish a piece of work. So lets give her the time that she needs - for whatever reason! Furthermore, you make the choice to be here reading this, if you don't like waiting you can choose to be elsewhere reading. Patience is a virtue.

Southtown-We welcome all Trip Reports, no matter how long they take.

Let's stop the debating posters. Trip Report Forum is for Trip Reports, not discussions on how long a Trip Report should take. Anymore posts to this regard will be edited out.

Thanks,
OhMari

Maelstrom all

AKA ODG in some coffee shop :rolleyes1

Kudos :thumbsup2 on your awesome trip report, Horseygirl, from someone else who mostly lurks on this board.

If I were a conservative Rush Limbaugh listener, I would have to say "mega-dittos" (I only know this term because my DH insists on listening in the car when we travel).

Anyway, thanks for sharing.

Horseypoodleywoodleynordicstreppyallbettergirl.....

I love, love, love your style of writing. I have told you on many occasions, that your writing transforms me back to the World. I feel like I am travelling with your family. When you rode EE with your DD, I actually felt like I too was on that ride. I am not a roller coaster rider. Never have been. Guess what? I am going on EE in October. All because of your trip report. The way you explained it, the detail, the thrill, the Yeti. I now HAVE to see it and experience it for myself.

Take your time. I hope you never finish it. Your writing is superb. I have a confession to make. I am not a reader. I am not a reader, in the sense of, I don't read novels. I like true stories. Autobiographies, biographies, etc....I like true stories. I am enjoying your report beyond words. Thank you for sharing your life and experience with us, but also, for sharing your beautiful family with us.
