My DH and I were also there without our kiddos at the same time as y'all!

Too funny! We were surprised by just how busy it was that holiday weekend...it was the busiest we have ever seen it personally! We usually go during such slow times.

I have to say the fried pickles app looks pretty sad... But that goat cheese polenta and pork from CA Grill.... Oh sweet heavens! Looks fantastic! Thanks for sharing!

Love the reviews! DH and I ate at California Grill a couple weeks ago and I think we had the same table as you. I definitely had the same gnocchi and told DH it might have been the best thing I ever tasted in my life. Loved seeing the picture of it. Oh, that poached egg! I also had the oak fired filet and while the filet was good, I really disliked the purple mashed potatoes.

Funny! Wasn't that gnocchi delicious?! I didn't try the potatoes, now I wish I did!

We've never been to Biergarten but, man, that food looks yum! And I love your pics of the inside of the restaurant, I've never seen a view of the seating area. The spaetzle and pork schnitzel look terrific!

I think California Grill will be visited again soon by us I hope they do not change the menu too much either!
