How to get to Epcot for early EMH?

We are wanting to go to the 8-9AM EMH in May. We are staying at BLT. I remember when we had early breakfast reservations at Akershus last year we had issues getting there on time. How early will the monorail start running or what is the best way to get there? Thanks!

The Resort Monorail opens at 7, and for Epcot EMH starting at 8, the Epcot Monorail opens at 7:30.
