How to get ticket quickest

I only have 6 days till my magic bands ship. I am considering adding a person last minute. I booked my room through orbitz and added tickets to MDE that I purchased through undercover tourist. Those tickets too 3 weeks to arrive through mail. If I add a person to my room reside now but don't have a ticket for it will that person still get a magic band shipped?

No. In order for that person to get a MB they need to be linked to a valid ticket. If the ticket isn't linked until after the shipping window closes they'll receive one that check-in.

I believe the Magic Bands come as long as you have a resort reservation for the person. I don't think I linked my tickets to MDE until after I had my magic bands.

To the OP, you could just buy a ticket from Disney and choose will call instead of shipping. Then you can use the confirmation number to link that person's ticket to MDE.
