How to get room discounts for 2012

I am from the uk and really wAnt to stay in a Disney hotel next year. I would love to know how to get room discounts . I would love free dining but to get that on the uk site for aug 2012 you have to buy 14 day ultimate tickets which are way more expensive than myw. Any ideas what to do.
