how to get refund for photopass pre-order

I had pre-ordered the photopass last summer, I don't recall receiving any code. But as we didn't take too many pictures in the park, hence I decided not to order any pictures (and not looked for the code).

I checked my photopass account just now, and confirmed that I did order the photopass in Aug, 2010. I don't plan to go back to the park any time soon, hence I like to know how I can get my money back...

Any help will be appreciated.
 
I think you have to login to your photopass acct and see your order. It should give you an option to request refund. If for some reason it doesn't show, you can always call them and ask for it.
 
FYI they don't do the code anymore. Rather, they put a credit on your account; if you logged in and looked at your account, you would see that credit.
 

I had to request a refund a couple years ago due to us not going on a planned trip. Sadly, I cannot remember if I called or emailed. I believe it was all via email but I may just be thinking of a confirmation email. I can tell you I got my money back no problem, so I don't think you should run into any either! :thumbsup2
