How to get from Resort to Resort?

I need to get from the CBR to the Wilderness Lodge for dinner in the Whispering Canyon Cafe. What is the easiest way? Connect at Downtown Disney?

Also we'll be eating at Ohana...is that connected by monorail?

From CBR to WL you can take the bus to MK and then the boat over to WL. The Poly is on the monorail but WL is not. To get to Poly take bus to MK and then Resort monorail to Poly. Always allow at least an hour travel time.

Taxi is the easiest, not the cheapest, but worth it IMO.
