How to get from HDD to MGM without car?

I'm looking for the quickest way from HDD to MGM using Disney transportation.

This is what I'm thinking (fyi, I would have already used a park hopper). What's your recommendation?
- Hop a boat from the Fort Wilderness boat launch to MK
- And either:
1)
- Hop a bus to BC/YC
- Hop a boat from the BC/YC boat launch to MGM
or
2)
- Hop the monorail to the TTC
- Hop the monorail to Epcot
- Walk through Future World
- Hop a boat that runs across the World Showcase Lagoon (...if this is even an option...I may have to walk around the lagoon).
- Hop a boat at the International Gateway to MGM directly or via a resort boat

Your thoughts?? Thanks!

Much simpler would be to just take a bus from FW directly to MGM...

As luck would have it, the only theme-park bus to leave DIRECTLY from the bus stop at Pioneer Hall is one that goes to/from MGM.
(I still don't know why that is the only direct park bus to terminate at Pioneer Hall.)

To get to any other park or DTD by bus:
You must take an "internal" FtW bus to the FtW "main gate" bus stop and transfer to another bus there.

OR, take the boat to WL and take a bus from there to any other park or DTD.

OR, take a boat to MK, monorail to TTC, board a bus from there to any other park (or monorail, if headed to Epcot.)

Repeating what Robo says, there is a bus to MGM just a few steps from HDDR

That is simple enough. I thought we would have to either walk or hop on internal bus through Ft.W. to get back to the main gate for ANY bus. That works out pretty good:

Our X-Mas day agenda:
Bus to MK from BC
Spend the day at MK
Boat over to Ft.W and short walk to Pioneer Hall for HDD
Short walk from Pioneer Hall bus stop
Bus to MGM
Spend a couple hours at MGM
Boat back to BC

Any other recommendations?
