I'm 56 and having the same problem.. I was able to maintain my weight at 102 (although still underweight for my height) by drinking a lot of Boost every day.. (You might like that better than Ensure.. It's lactose free and doesn't taste an awful lot like milk.. I like the vanilla - my adult DD prefers the chocolate..) Anyhow - I was drinking the High Protein, but then I started to lose weight (I have a lousy appetite) so I've switched to the Boost PLUS (360 calories per serving as opposed to the 240 calories I was getting with the other).. I'm down to 96 lbs. now and looking for high calorie foods - but don't want to eat a bunch of junk because I'm not all that crazy about junk food and sweets..
I'm going to be watching this thread for healthy suggestions!
