How to find what is left on my tickets?

I have some 5 day hopper tickets that we got a couple years ago. We are suppose to have days left on them. How can I find this out?

I heard a rumor that these tickets expire now. Mine were not suppose to. I need to find that out too.

Please help.

You have to wait until you can visit a Guest Services office at WDW. There are offices located outside each theme park, and at DTD. I'm not sure if the ones at the resorts can tell you or not.

But, there is no way to tell until they are scanned by Guest Services. If you use the search feature here, you should see many threads about this subject.

Your old Park Hopper tickets will not expire. The only way to find out what remains available on those tickets is to have them scanned. This can only be done at WDW. Any Guest Relations location (parks or DTD), any theme park ticket booth or any Lobby Concierge desk (formerly Guest Services) at your Disney resort can check them.

I've had alot of trouble with this Service for some reason. In October 2004 I had a few park tickets that I knew had days left on them but I could not recall how many days or what options.

I had the tickets scanned at Guest Relations at the Poly and they told me specifically what the cards had on them and wrote on them in black marker to remind us. When I got to the gate and pushed the cards through, the scanner said they were not valid. I explained to the CM what I just went through at the Poly and said sorry that I would have to go back to a CS location to figure it out. I thought I had at the Poly. It tooks us quite a while to get things fixed.

I had asked this question about a year ago, and someone wrote me and had me give them the UPC number under the scan. From that they told me via email what I had left.

Stupid me, can't find the email anymore to confirm what I think I have left.

anyone know anyone like that? You can't call a CS desk for DW and read them that number?

I would really like to know before I go. so I know if I should look forward to it or not.

They don't give out that information over the phone anymore. They are trying to stop the re-sale of park tickets.

I just did this 2 days ago at the POP Century Lobby Concierge Desk. They can see the tickets activity when they enter the numbers from the back of the ticket. My advise to people checking old tickets. Use your time wisely, do this at the hotel when you have a few minutes of down time. The lines at the parks can be very long with people having trouble with thier tickets, or buying them. Save time for inside the parks not out.

AJK - It is also to remove a chance of error reading the tickets. Sometimes 8, 6, 0 can look similar on the tickets. A CM can scan it to have an exact check. A check over the phone - to a CM that is as good as guessing because the numbers are only as good as the person reading them over the phone.

Can I stop at I-75 near Ocala at the ticket office there and get them to scan them?

I am positive it is a Disney run location.

Ocala was able to check them there but unfortunately, they closed last August. It's not there anymore, sorry.
