How to do FastPass with your MVMCP

I hope somebody can help me. I bought My Disney Package thru Disney, I bought 7 day tickets, and I am staying 9, so I would like to use the Christmas Party ticket to get in one day. Both tickets , normal tickets and MVMCP are on my MDE. I would like to make FastPasses with the Christmas Party ticket,and I know that I have to enter at 4pm to the park. How can I achieve this ? how is it done?
Any input will be appreciated.....

Select your fast passes between 3:30-6:30 and before you enter the park, swing by guest service and make sure they prioritize your party ticket so when you enter the park it uses the party ticket and not one of your full day tickets.

Or, instead of spending time at Guest Relations, enter MK by going through a MVMCP touchpoint. The Party touchpoints are set up to only deduct your MVMCP entitlements from your MDE account.

You can book FPs for that Party day when your FP booking window is open.

We didn't wear our MBs to the party just to be safe. We used our hard ticket to enter and use our FPs. Worked fine

Go to your MDE and make sure that your MVMCP tickets are linked.
Then go to select FP+ and be sure that you choose the party date that you will be going.
Then make up to 3 FP+ selections.
You can enter the park with your party ticket at 4pm but often times it ends up being more like 3:45pm that they start letting people in.
You'll want to make your FP+ selections between say 3:30pm-6:30pm.
I have made mine for as early as 3:20pm and I have easily made it to my FP+ prior to 4:20pm.
Just make sure you're not also trying to go to a park earlier in the day that day or you will be forced to choose between getting FP+ for your regular ticket or your party ticket.

Just to clarify as @CAS239 posted, your last FP window, prior to the start of the Party, has to end at 6:30. DISers who had FPs ending after 6:30 had their FPs canceled.

I learned that they have party specific lines so that the system will only allow party tickets to work so there's no reason to worry about that in the future.

I would probably do it again anyway. Paranoia + hate wearing MB = why not

Thanks everybody...... very good tips .I will definitely not use my MBs to the party as SaintManiac said, just to be on the safe side.....but also , checking in on the line for MVMCP

I entered MVMCP on Nov. 8 with party tickets and an unused 6 day PH linked to my MB. We had our paper MVMCP tickets ready to scan at the party entrance just in case, but we just scanned our MB's, and had no problems.
