How to disconnect a fridge? Help please.

We are moving our fridge into the garage because our new one gets here Monday and we are having new floor installed tomorrow.

There is a tube that runs from the wall to the bottom of the fridge (I think it's for the icemaker.)

How do I properly disconnect this?
