DH bought this type of roast, which I have never bought before. I have to cook it today but Rachel Ray I ain't
. Can anyone help me out with a recipe? I guess I could just stick it in the oven but I'm not sure for how long or what temp. BTW - It is boneless and 2.44 lbs.
