How to contact Disney merchandise services?

While we were at WDW DH and I wanted to buy Cinderella's castle for DD for her birthday, but never got around to it on our trip. I have read that you can contact merchandise services and buy it through them and they will ship it. I was going to do this for Christmas, but kept forgetting to find out the phone # for them.

Can someone please give me the phone # for merchandise services? When I call them, what do I say? That I would like to order the Cinderella castle? It would be nice if they would just put up a website of the merchandise that they offer in the parks and let people buy off of there instead of having to call. Plus what forms of payment do they accept over the phone? Is it just credit cards or will they take a check over the phone?

I figured with our tax refund going to be coming in a few months, this would be a good time to get it. Then I can put it back until August for DD b-day. Or just stash it away unitl Christmas 05.

You can call Disney Merchandising and have any park or resort item shipped to you at home.

1-407-363-6200.

Just tell give them a description of the item and where you saw it. If it's still in stock, they will ship it to you for a reasonable cost and only charge you what you would have paid for the item in the park.
