How to contact Disney about prospective employee

We have a friend that has a Facebook account. His friends set it up and go on and post all kinds of ridiculous stuff and funny statuses. Nothing bad, just so off the wall stuff. He himself has never posted anything. He doesn't even know the password. Maybe it's something like that, only by people who do not like him/her.

And that is certainly another possibility. And another reason that unless I knew that the person in question really did the bad stuff, I wouldn't do anything - except maybe report it to Facebook or Twitter.

Just to clarify, this isn't me. Feel free to bash this poor soul with bad taste in music, but be aware it's a stranger.

Update: Twitter has disabled the account in question. I didn't receive a personalized response, but the generic response said that they do forward this type of notification to law enforcement once the content has been removed from their website, and no further action is required on the user end. Since I don't know the person, I doubt I'll know what happens from here.
