how to check on days left for park hoppers?

i have some 10 day MYW park hoppers that don't expire.

how do i find out how many days i have left on each ticket

Last Friday I did just as poster lilstint did: "The number is 407-566-4985 then choose option 2. We had the same problem. I called a couple of weeks ago and was able to get the info with no problem." and was able to get the info I needed. The CM was very helpful.
