Where do we head at boarding on the Fsntasy TODAY to change our dining time from late to early?

If you have the app and connected to DCL Wifi, it is listed under the "Explore" section for today's activities. It will have a start time of 12pm or 12:30pm

Go to enchanted garden when you board. Right table is for dining changes. They open at noon.
