How to celebrate at 8Traxx?

I posted this on another board (Adult & Solo trips), but got no replies, so maybe someone here can help me.
I want to do something special for my older sister, who will be a VERY YOUNG 59 next September. We're already staying on-site, doing MGM, Poly Luau, etc., but I want to take her to 8Traxx Saturday night, spend a little time with "our" disco music (don't laugh), then celebrate her "New Year" at midnight. Is there a way to let the people at 8Traxx know ahead of time so they'll do something, play a favorite song, whatever? Maybe a CM at the hotel where we're staying? I can't find any boards or postings about this, only about 8Traxx being really great. Help me if you can, and thanks!

I don't know about letting them know ahead of time. They might not have the same DJ every night, and the other staff members might forget to tell the DH, especially if you call way in advance. I think your best bet is to sneak away from your sister for a solo 'bathroom break' and just go talk to the DJ and request a special birthday song for her.

Thanks to both of you who replied (and for welcoming to the Dis - love the scooter.) SkylarKD, you made a great point about communication breaking down if I call too far ahead. I might try to just take her to Pleasure Island that night & take it from there.
