How to book excursions

We have our cruise booked thru DU. Do we contact them for to book the Disney excursions or do we contact Disney? We've always done our "own" excursions in the past. Thanks!

You call DCL directly to book excursions. DU should send you the excursion package from Disney at 60 days from sailing. It has descriptions, prices, and the phone number to call. You can also book by mail, but why?

You can cancel excursions up to 2 days before sailing. After that, you are charged for them if you cancel. IF DCL cancels for any reason (weather, usually), you will get a full refund.

Some excursions fill rapidly, others can easily be booked on the ship. If you have your heart set on something, book it in advance.

We booked through DU and our excursion info packet came directly from DCL. We received it about 3 weeks ago. Yesterday was our 60 day mark. We faxed in our request and had confirmation back in less that an hour.

We are sailing on 3-28 and the dolphin encounter has been booked for several weeks now DCl says to just keep trying. Anyone have insight into this?
