How to activate Annual Pass? Help Please!

We will be checking in at the Beach Club around 3pm and wanted to head straight to Epcot. All I will have is my AP voucher, not the actual pass. I think I'm supposed to go to Guest Relations to do this, but is there a Guest Relations for Epcot by the International Gateway entrance? If not, can I activate it at the hotel? Thanks!

Yes, you can activate your AP at the International Gateway ticket window.
