How tall will your child be?

That was fun! It said ds will be 6' and dd will be 5'6". I don't know if that's right or not. I was thinking ds will be 6'2". I don't know about dd, I'm only 5'2", but she's got long legs that come from dh's family. We'll see!

LOL. That exact same predictor told my dad back when I was 10 that when I grew up I'd be 5'7. I'm 17 now and barely 5'2.
It's pretty accurate currently for my sister though.

You mean that same Child Predictor was around 7 years ago? Wow! I've only been online for the last 6 years or so, so I wouldn't know!

Ok maybe not that exact same one...but I know it was one associated with a health site. My dad's been online since about 1992, so who knows what he's found in that time.

At least they are girls. It's so much easier for us to be short! Looks like my son will be lucky to make it much over 5 feet. Same for my daughters, but like I said, I think it's easier on girls.

I'm 4'11 1/2!

They had Michael to grow to about 5'11", which is probably about right.

6'2" for both of my boys. Pretty logical since I am 5'10" and DH is 6'1". My oldest son just shot up this year, he was never tall until this year. My family kept wondering if he would take after our Italian side, where the people are short, but I knew that he'd end up tall, Sometimes it just takes awhile for boys to get there.

Has my DS5 as 6'3''. Probably fairly accurate. I'm 5'5'', DH is 6'1' and my Dad was 6'4''!!
DS5 was about 3-4'' taller than anyone in his preschool class.

In our families, we have relatives as short as 5 feet and relatives as tall as 6 feet! I think somewhere in the middle (as predicted) is probably about right, give or take an inch!

I'm only 5'3 and DH is 5'8. His father was 5'10, as is my father. My maternal grandfather was only 5'6, and his father was 6'!

So I guess you never know until they get there and stop growing!

Predictor said DS8 will be 6'2" and DD7 will be 5'9". I think it's right on for DS but I think DD may grow a little bit more. She's a skinny mini, but strong as an ox. I think her weight may be throwing it off a bit. My side of the family is pretty tall. My dad is 6'2", and my brothers are 6'1" and 6'6" respectively, so I think DD has a good chance at a little more height.

6'3" for our oldest daughter and that is about what the doctor is telling us to. My wife is 6'1" and I am 5'11" my BIL is 6'5" so it is very close.
