How t request rooms at BLT and AKV

Hi, I have rooms booked at BLT and AKV through renting points and I was wondering how I go about sending room requests. Do I just email the property direct or do I need to go through the person I rented the points from...Thanks

All requests go through the owner including DME and DDP.
