The harness system at AE used to drop down 2-3 times during the show - it could pin a small child that didn't fit properly into the harness at the beginning. What if the child's head slipped under the harness at the beginning, when the setting was rather loose? Then, as it tightened up during the show, it could push the kid's head sideways, hurting his neck...
