How soon will ADRs show up in MDE?

I've searched the above question and couldn't find my answers. Apologies if it's something obvious that I've missed but I was wondering how soon the ADRs show up in MDE if they were made by phone? I had to call in this morning to make my reservations but haven't received any e-mails yet nor is there anything online. Does it usually take awhile?

I'm at work and unable to call Disney directly at this time; was hoping someone might be able to answer in the meantime.

I made mine this morning by phone and they were on MDE within minutes. I didn't get any emails.

You can also link a reservation made by phone in your MDE by using the reservation number given to you.

Thank you for your responses. I actually wasn't given confirmation #s this morning but was able to call a few minutes ago and enter them all manually on MDE so they're all listed now. I still can't book anything online though.
