First time Disney cruiser (14 cruises overall) Just doing the 3 night in Feb. Final payment is made..just wondering what the usual time frame is to expect documents? We have air independent of Disney if that makes a difference.

thanks for the heads up!

The "official" answer is to expect your documents about 2 weeks before your cruise, although in my experience, it is ususally more like a month ahead that they actually arrive. If you booked thru a TA, they will be sent to the agent. Since we book locally, I pick them up from my agent....although out of town agents will mail/fedex, etc. them to you. I stopped using an out of town agent when one had docs sent Airborne Express. They were left on my front porch (not even inside the screen door!), and a neighborhood dog chewed them up. THere were enough pieces left to recognize that it was from DCL. I had a hissy fit...and insisted that the agent absorb the cost of "re-ticketing" since the original tickets had never gotten to me!

If you booked directly thru DCL, they are shipped FedEx, and you must sign for them.
