How Soon To Book Thanksgiving Dinner Ressie?

Hi All!

This will be our first year in Universal for Thanksgiving Day. We are hoping to make a new tradition and spend our T-days there, anywho, how soon in advance would you book dinner for T-day at one of the hotel restaurants?

I'm thinking since we are staying at the Hard Rock, we'll do The Kitchen. Is that a good choice? Anyone have T-day dinner there before?

We ate at the Kitchen last year and it was excellent. The food was great and with the Magician and Shrek it was a real nice dinner. The wife wants to do it again this year.
