No time frame though it looks to be moving forward. Who knows where it'll end up though. Key points.

• Likely everything stripped from resale but DVC resorts.
• Likely grandfathered to current owners, resale or not, but not to those in the process of buying when the cutoff date comes around.

There will likely be a lot of B and moaning but in the end, the true dollar value will be the same. Truth is that it might actually help the future resale buyer in that it will force them to avoid high cost items, make them look more closely at how many points they really need and possibly get them a somewhat better price. I don't believe the actual affect on resale prices will be that much however. This should be fun.
