How secure are magic bands on the wrist?

I am wondering if I could wear mine on one hand and my child's on the other. Is this an issue? My dd would likely get very tired of wearing it on her arm. So it seems easier to just wear both.

my 5 & 7 year olds didn't like the feel of them on their wrists so they intentially would take them off without me even aware (I didn't even notice it on my wrist, on the smaller size) So I held on to them the entire time.

I would be the one to put the mickey to the mickey on rides to hurry up the lines a tad. I just told the CM's they were for "these two" and the CM's never batted an eye, so I'm sure it's fine if you were the band. They may be a bit more picky as you are entering the parks though.

You can buy sliders for the bands that will keep it a little more secure.

This. As an adult, mine "popped" open several times with normal usage (the hanging strap is prone to catching on things) The slider basically "locks" the band strap down.

My son's (8) band never fell off during our 9 day stay even during swimming. The little doodads (decorations) that you can buy for the bands, however, are horrible and always fall out.
