The pricing once you hit Labor Day is significantly cheaper (like close to half as much from June on a 4-day in some scenarios). If you have that flexibility and are just looking to get on the ship at some point, that's the way to go. If we didn't have a fall athlete, we'd look for end of August for similar reasons (not nearly the same price break, but something).

The September cruises are dirt cheap (Disney dirt anyway).

I feel your scheduling pain. We are a cheer family and literally have 1 week in summer where we can travel. I’m really hoping to book that week with the room we want. If not, I think we will try for the dream out of Miami. We are already rescheduling from spring break due to conflicts with scheduling.

Could also be a group of TAs. They frequently do work travel for research (not usually at that premium though!)

I saw on another site who got it but he said he could never afford it for his family. It was him and a bunch of friends. They paid $3K each. He said he would post pictures. Seemed super excited and nice.

That can’t be right. 8 people times $3k is $24,000. No way the tower suite goes for $5k a night.

Original poster here...Today was my booking day. Travel agent started calling at 8:00...didn’t get through until 10:00 ...I had wanted a 5 a,b or c....they were all gone...

Yes....cat 4’s were available when my TA got through at 10. The lowest price listed on the DCL website was not correct.

I've met some very wealthy people in the Concierge Lounge so I'm sure DCL won't have a problem filling that room for a while.

It's not correct, I read the same post online. He said it was breaking down to $3754 pp so yes, just over $30K. It's a September cruise so that's why it's not as much.

I hope so - that is what I have asked my TA to try for also! I'm so over this waiting game... patience is not my strong point when things are out of my hands.

That still seems incredibly cheap, but if Sept. it's a 3 or 4 day (and I was thinking he was talking about the maiden which is 5). If a 3-day, that's $10,000 per night and makes much more sense.

Not that the website is the picture of accuracy at any given moment but it still only shows Concierge as sold out.
