A friend and I want to try the paddleboard yoga, cardio rush, etc. How popular are they? Is it something we can just walk up and get in a class or are they full many times and we have to sign up early?

[GALLERY=][/GALLERY]I did ocean yoga one morning. I signed up the morning before in the spa. I do suggest making a reservation early. In that class they only took 4. There was a couple waiting out there in case someone didn't show so they could take the class since it was booked. And heads up, paddle board yoga is inside on a paddle board. Ocean yoga is on a paddle board in the lagoon.

There seemed to be quite a few people whenever there was a class on the beach. Probably better to try and sign up before.

When we were there in May it looked like most of the fitness activities had a couple of dozen participants. I'm not sure what their "maximum" capacity is, but I doubt there is any problem getting in.

I think they generally keep classes small. If it's something you really want to do, better plan at least a day or two ahead, maybe more.
