This will be my 12th trip to WDW and my 11th time driving. I will be taking my fiancé for his first trip.

Our drive will be roughly 14-15 hours. And I know it's hard sometimes to stay entertained for the drive.

I like to make sure there's plenty of music to listen to that I won't get sick of anything. And movies on my iPad.

This time I want to make a journal of the trip cause it's his first time. So i will do that also.

Wanted to see if anyone had any fun ways to pass the time while traveling!?

Do you like listening to audiobooks? I find that they hold my attention better and pass the time quicker than a movie or music.

That is an idea! I know my DFi likes to listen to comedy channel on pandora so I'm sure we will do that. That can hold my attending too. Always can put a smile on with that! :)

We listen to Disney podcasts as well whenever we drive at least an hour. There are so many of them, some general disney, some restaurant focused, disney running focused, etc.

You can never go wrong with some Disney trivia. Might I suggest the app called "WDW Trivia" by Rendered Mouse. It has 100's of questions from each park.

Download some old Dis Unplugged podcasts and listen to them. Maybe not the news segments but others. Pause the podcast and talk about the topic and give your own opinions on the subject. Who knows you may end up snowballing and talking about something completely different.

There is this really good playlist on Spotify that is like a Musical tour through the Parks. One is called "The Magic Kingdom". It's 4 hours long and takes you through each land and ride in the park. From Main Street U.S.A. to the nighttime parade and fireworks. Anytime I'm missing the parks I listen to this and it takes me back with the sounds of the parks. The creator has a playlist for each park. Hours and hours of them.

We're another audiobook family. Our first trip it was Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Now the boys are grown and out of the house and the girls are in their teens so it's going to be the Raven Boys on the way down going into Dream Thieves, so by the time we need to go home we are ready for the brand new release of the 3rd book in the series Blue Lily, Lily Blue.

Another comedy channel (Sirius) enjoyer here too. My husband drives the 10-hour trip through the night and finds it easier to not get sleepy listening to that. Plus arriving at the resort at 4:00am having listened to humor the whole way helps relieve crankiness, I believe. That, and of course, being welcomed by the glow of a lit up Boardwalk resort.
