I was single, 35 and had no kids when I purchased, now 9 years later I'm married and still have no kids unless you count my furry one!

DD was just turning 3. Which...was the reason we joined DVC!

Well, that was the excuse we finally had to join!! We joined in January of last year.

Our kids were 19, 21 and 24. They are now 27, 29, 32 with families of their own. We have enough points for them to all have their own accommodations. DVC was the best thing we've ever done for our kids.

Our kids were starting college when we bought in 1997. DVC was meant to be our retirement vacations. Instead, it's become our big family get-together of the year!

When the girls would bring a new guy home to meet us, we would mention Disney, and everyone would wait to hear what he said. All of my brothers and sisters are Disney people, too, so it's a big deal to all of us. When DD met "the One", his "come on" at a party was, "Hey, I like your Disney watch."

Out two DD's were 12 and 14. Now 11 years later, I am taking grandkids with me.

Our daughter was almost 4 and our son was almost 2, we fell in love with the Boardwalk and decided to buy DVC as soon as we got home. Since then we have had another boy, and he took his first trip to Disney at 3 months old!

We bought in 2003, so our DD was 2 and our DS was just a wish or hope. In April our DD will be on her 7th trip and DS on his 6th. You gotta love DVC!!!!!

We bought last year after our first trip. DD was 6. Split stay between POFQ & OKW(on a friend's soon to expire points).

After 9 days of pure, "forget about the outside world" joy and realizing we hadn't even begun to see it all, we realized we'd be coming back many times in the coming years.

We met several people while at OKW who related their experiences and talked with a couple of friends who were members - so we decided to take the tour while there.

The thing that probably clinched it for us, was talking with a family we met at OKW whose teenage son told us how much he loved going to WDW every year while growing up - to us, there could be no better testimonial than a kid with 12+ years of fond memories who still loved going every year!

We are awaiting closing on our contract. We have a DS 25 and a DS 27 both of whom are getting married this year and hopefully they along with our 2 DDIL's will come vacation with us sometimes.

When we bought our kids were 21 and 18. Our second trip "home" was to celebrate DS #1's college graduation. We'l always remember that he received his contract for his first "real" job while on vacation at OKW.
