I could wear make-up as a kid, my mom didn't care. Didn't wear it much cause I just wasn't into it. I just started shaving on my own with my older sister's shaver. About 12, I think.

Disnee Dad Says..............................Despite all the pressure you all are putting on me, I refuse to shave my legs or wear makeup ever! DD started doing legs at 11 1/2. Some makeup at 12, very minor, a little lip stuff, and some eyelid stuff, and in quiet tones, so you hardly notice.
She is not allowed to breath without permission!, but this makeup thing was simple, if I don't notice it right away you did good!!!

shaving my legs at 13 - I didn't wear make up until I was 17y/o - not because I wasn't allowed to but because I didn't want to I was a tomboy - in many ways I still am.
