How old is too old for a stroller?

I have two very active children ages 7 and almost 5. I rented a double stroller for them in January (they had the choice to ride or not) They both were in it 98% of the time. We are from a small island and the crowds overwhelm them(me too). I was also by myself and it made it much easier to keep an eye on them. They both even fell asleep in the stroller which I might add was the best hr walk I had ever experienced around the MK and this was before lunch. Oh the looks I received from people, lol. Two, kind of big kids sleeping in the stroller, some people said awww, some smirked and others mumbled comments about "maybe it's time to leave the park" I smiled and went on my merry way! They woke up happy and rested for ps at Crystal Palace. My point is, when "you" are walking around the parks, "you" do not know someone elses circumstance, don't be judgmental.

Look for me in July, I'll be the one pushing the double rented stroller with two 50lbers in it!!!
