how old are you, and how old do people think you are?
do people generally think you are older/younger than you are? or your actual age?
how old do you think you look?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

i'm 20 now, and people often think i'm a lot younger than i am, like between 16-18 usually!
i'm legal to drink in canada and it's always such a hassle for me to get into bars because people always think my i.d is fake.
i even get carded to buy friggin' scratch cards @ the convenience store!! haha and my younger sister doesn't!

i don't think i look 20, but i definitely don't think i look 16 or 17!!
i am kind of small-ish, and i do have a baby face sort of though.
(which hopefully stays that way so when i'm 30 people will still think i'm younger! :D)

I am 19 going on 20 this year and I think I look like 15-17 years old. One time a lady thought that I was still going to school but I'm already done.

I'm 16.
If I tell you that I got the children's ticket while my 12 year old sister got the adult ticket last weekend at the movies, will that answer your question?
:(

Ya that's what inspired this thread.
I work at an office, and those woman was asking me if I had to do a certain amount of hours at my job as a part of school, and I was confused and was just like 'no???' and then she asked if it was part of my 40 hours (you have to do 40 hrs of community service to graduate HS) and I said 'no...?' its just my job. and she asked what grade I was in, and I said I was done my 2nd yr of uni and she goes 'how old are you?' i said 20 and her jaw dropped!
She thought I was 16!!!

Also Sonya, you're looking @ that as a negative....how much more money did your sis have to pay ;)

Only like two bucks cause it was a matinee. Still, it kinda ticks me off when I'm 16 and short with a youthful face. Then again, I'll be 60 with no wrinkles. Sounds good to me.

people usually think im 14-16 years old and i'm 12, almost 13.

I usually get around 14-20. My younger cousin didn't believe that I was 17, he thought I was 14. One time I was in a store applying for a job and the lady thought I was a junior in college. I think it depends on what I am wearing though.

I also work at an office. But they know how old I am, or at least I hope they do. But I wonder what the visitors that come to the office think if I'm too young to work.:confused3

I look about 12.

Seriously. Waiters/waitressess ask if I want a kiddie menu. With crayons.

(But hey, the kiddie meals actually fill me up plenty, and are cheaper!)

My mom said I was 12 for my train ticket yesterday

Ah yes, and I will be 16 in a little more than 2 months.

And yes, I still order off the kid's menu.

What can I say? I'm a cheap date. :rotfl:

before I dyed my hair, people always thought I was around 11. But since then people think I'm around 15. I'm 13, turning 14 next month. I guess my black hair makes me look older...

I usually get a junior in college...so about 20 or 21.

I'm 17.

The lady at my dentist's office (where I've been going twice a year for six years) asked me the last time I was in (Feb.) if I was enjoying my final year of college! She didn't believe it when I told her I hadn't even graduated HS yet!

I'm 15, almost 16.
People normally guess between 14 and 17, so i guess i look my age?

Im 14 and almost 15, and I always get 17. Never anything else, always 17. I guess im consistent tho ;)
